fix: temporarily disable warp ignoring on 0.51.X too
...
as the arch package is now built against hu 0.10.0 it means
that our hook also fails on stable builds, hopefully I fix
this until 0.52

currently there's an issue with hl's hooking mechanism making it
impossible to hook the CPointerManager::move(Vector2d) method
on arch packages built with lto, but we we require that for warp
ignoring
this temporarily disables warp ignoring by default such that new
users at least see something happening

We check whether the most hz monitor is non-null, as a measure to
whether hyprland is intialized. This is nessecary as plugins loaded with
`plugin =` otherwise cause a ton of weird crashes.
